We're committed to giving back and enhancing your experience every time you fly with us. It's a breeze! To maintain your Rank, just make sure to visit the Simulator Center regularly. Each Rank follows a three-month cycle. If you fail to meet the requirements during this period, you will be demoted by one rank. Discount given per Rank benefit is unlimited unless you downgrade.

What is an Air Division?
Air Divisions are quarterly periods (Jan-Mar, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sep, Oct-Dec). At the end of each division, your tier is evaluated based on completed flights.
What happens if I don't fly enough?
If you don't complete enough flights to maintain your tier, you may be demoted one level at the end of the division. Complete the required flights to keep your benefits!
How does the scoreboard work?
At the end of each flight, the simulator automatically calculates your performance score (0-100) based on your piloting skills, including takeoff, navigation, and landing. Your total score determines your position on the division leaderboard.
