Terms of Service

Welcome to GreekSimmers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GreekSimmers website at greeksimmers.com (the "Site") and the flight simulation experiences, seminars, flight collections and related services we provide (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, making a booking or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

GreekSimmers operates professional-grade flight simulators and provides simulation experiences, training-style seminars and related products in Greece. For questions about these Terms, contact us at info@greeksimmers.com.

2. Nature of the Services

Our simulators and seminars are provided for entertainment, familiarisation and educational purposes only. GreekSimmers is not a certified flight school and our Services do not constitute certified flight training. Participation does not grant, count toward, or substitute for any pilot licence, rating or aviation qualification of any kind.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering, including a valid email address and a working phone number, which is required for all bookings.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Minors may participate in experiences only with the consent of, and where required accompanied by, a parent or legal guardian.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

4. Bookings and payment

• All bookings are made through the Site and are subject to simulator availability and our working hours.
• Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our servers.
• Where a deposit option is offered, the remaining balance is payable as indicated during checkout and in your confirmation email.
• Promotional offers, loyalty discounts and discount codes are subject to their own displayed conditions and may not always be combinable.
• A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email with a booking reference.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it before booking.

6. Conduct and safety

• You must follow all instructions given by GreekSimmers staff before and during your session.
• You must arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten or forfeit your session as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited; staff may refuse participation without refund in such cases.
• You are liable for damage to equipment caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
• We may refuse or interrupt a session where safety, equipment integrity or the experience of other customers is at risk.

7. Health considerations

Simulator sessions involve enclosed spaces, motion cues, screens and, for VR experiences, head-mounted displays. If you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, photosensitivity, severe motion sickness, claustrophobia, or a heart condition, or have any other concern, please consult your doctor before booking and inform our staff before your session.

8. Loyalty programme

Completed flights and collections may earn loyalty points within seasonal divisions. Points, tiers and tier benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted, recalculated or discontinued at any time. Tier discounts apply only as displayed at checkout.

9. Vouchers, offers and discount codes

Discount codes are valid for the period, usage limits and context (individual flights, flight collections, or both) shown when they are issued. They cannot be exchanged for cash, may not apply to deposits or surcharges, and may be withdrawn in cases of suspected abuse.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos and software — belongs to GreekSimmers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreekSimmers is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Service availability

We strive to keep the Site and simulators available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Sessions may exceptionally be cancelled or rescheduled by us for technical or safety reasons, in which case the Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

13. Privacy

Our processing of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking. Material changes will be announced on the Site. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
